As an interdisciplinary degree, the BA Education combines ideas and research from education, psychology, sociology, philosophy and history. The programme includes a placement in your second year so that you can apply your knowledge to work with children and young people in a professional setting.
Our students go on to high achieving careers working with children and young people in a variety of fields ranging from teaching, social work, policy, psychology and research.
The degree is interdisciplinary and combines ideas and research from areas such as education, psychology, sociology, philosophy, social policy and history.
